Job Description

We are looking for Call Center Executives to manage banking customer service operations, including handling customer queries, providing information on financial products, and ensuring a smooth banking experience over calls. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good product knowledge, and a professional approach to customer interactions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound banking-related calls with accuracy and courtesy.

  • Provide details on account information, transactions, loans, cards, and digital banking services.

  • Maintain data confidentiality and follow banking compliance protocols.

  • Update customer records in CRM or banking system.

  • Escalate complex queries to senior support when required.

  • Meet daily targets related to call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or Finance preferred).

  • Experience: 0–3 years in a Call Center / BPO / Banking Customer Service role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional language (Hindi, Tamil, or Kannada preferred).

  • Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Basic understanding of banking operations and financial products.
